Dear Kathy, For a number of months my wife and I debated what to do with our rental property that was losing money faster than before.  We reached the conclusion that the numbers would never turn around enough to make this property a positive cash flow.  In frustration we turned to you and Pat to see what could be done to get out from under.  We expected an uphill battle, and little resolution.
